I have very sad news to report. Unfortunately, today my boss/our vet informed us that the SPCA only rescued some of the animals from the vet hospital and that Griffin and Zoe were among the dogs left behind to die. Julia and I are emotionally devastated and quite angry. This is not the ending that either of us wanted.
